2017

Alas another year has come and gone, and the slogans of the infamous " new year ,new me" have started to pop up in all aspects of your social media. So I will try and refrain from quote and spare you. But this year has already had some new beginnings for me. Divorced and dating someone new, I may have gone bold and did a crazy hair color as well... ok yes I did. I added pink balyage to my hair. Hey you only live once right?! Unless you are LDS then you live can live with those you lover forever in the Kingdom of Heaven, or unless it is shared on the internet and then you are forever going to be remembered.


Been a few weeks of the year 20-17 and well for me personally it has begun to be the best year in a while. For those who have been reading this blog for a while now you may or may not know that I am a divorced mom. And well though I have not shared I have been dating and that wonderful God loving man, who not only loves me, but loves my son. We actually fell in love during scripture studies over skype!  Can it get any more holy then that? It can! When we went to the Palmyra Temple during my birthday weekend (it was closed so we just stayed outside on the temple grounds) and we prayed together. It was a warm day with no breeze. We prayed out loud together asking Heavenly Father if this was meant to be and if we should continue on this long distance relationship journey, and if marriage was to be in our future. Suddenly out of no where the wind picked up and we both felt chills. This was true confirmation. Now it does not always happen on the spot like this... and I surely was not expecting an answer then.... however if you really open up your hearts during prayers, and seek an answer I know Heavenly Father will  answer back.
